Exercise. Some of the topics are... Reading food labels, All about Fat,
Carbs and Proteins, Cardio and weight training benefits, and Saturated and
Unsaturated fats.

professional, Keelie Lipscomb. Gring your digital camera and learn how to use
the camera properly!!

to save $$$ on your grocery items and other goods.
