The Jack A. Maurer Convention Center can serve a large number of people and activities simultaneously through its division into three multipurpose areas, the Chisholm Trail Hall, Redbud Courtyard, and Wildhorse Suite. All three rooms can be divided into thirds to form appropriately sized accommodations for any crowd size.    

Our friendly staff will meet your most discerning needs. At the Simmons Center, we can help make your next meeting a perfect success.

Our event spaces rent out in half-day and full-day blocks of time. A half day rental allows 4 hours, while a full day allows for 8 hours of rental time. Whether choosing the half day or full day, the amount of time chosen includes load-in, setup/decoration, event hours, clean up, and load-out. All third party vendors partaking in the event will need to be accounted for within the access time including band/dj setup, caterers, decorators, etc. Our office staff will be happy to work with you to ensure that ample time is provided to make your event memorable.
